How to Delete Your Account In-App
The easiest and fastest way to delete your account is directly through the SulejaMarket mobile app:
- Open the SulejaMarket app on your device.
- Navigate to the Profile tab in the bottom navigation bar.
- Tap on Settings (or the gear icon).
- Select Account Management.
- Tap on Delete Account and follow the on-screen confirmation prompts.
Manual Account Deletion Request
If you no longer have access to the app, you can request account deletion by contacting our support team:
- Send an email to support@sulejamarket.com from the email address associated with your account.
- Use the subject line: "Account Deletion Request".
- Include your full name and registered phone number in the body of the email.
Our team will process your request within 7-14 business days.
What Happens When Your Account is Deleted?
Once your account is successfully deleted, the following actions occur:
- Your profile and login credentials will be permanently erased.
- Any active product listings (if you are a vendor) will be removed from the platform.
- Your order history and saved items will be deleted.
- Note: Certain financial transaction records may be retained temporarily as required by law for accounting and anti-fraud purposes.
